Made from carefully hand-selected, fully ripe coffee cherries grown in Thailand’s highland regions. Using the Natural (Dry) Process, the whole cherries are slowly sun-dried to enhance sweetness and fruit complexity.

During drying, the cherries are carefully spread evenly and turned regularly to ensure consistent drying and to prevent mold formation. This meticulous process allows the beans to absorb natural sugars from the fruit, creating a distinctive and vibrant flavor profile.
