Every time we froth milk, some fatty residues deposit on the outside and inside of the steam wand, causing encrustations and promoting bacterial proliferation.
Daily use of SANIMILK ensures perfect hygiene of all coffee machine components that come into contact with milk, without leaving residues or odors. Thanks to its ecological formulation based on highly biodegradable vegetable-derived surfactants, SANIMILK solves any coffee machine sanitization problem easily and safely.

For steam wand cleaning:
- Fill a large pitcher with 25 ml of SANIMILK and 500 ml of cold water.
- Position the pitcher under the steam wand so that it is as immersed as possible in the solution.
- Open and close the steam dispensing 7/8 times.
- Empty the pitcher and rinse it well with running water.
- Repeat the operation using 1 liter of cold water.
For cleaning milk circuits built into the machine:
- Remove the milk container and rinse it.
- Pour a dose of SANIMILK (25 ml) and fill the container with cold water.
- Close the container lid and reposition it on the machine.
- Use the hot milk dispensing button until the container is empty.
- Rinse the container, fill it with cold water, and repeat the operation.
